俄羅斯總統特別代表基里爾·德米特里耶夫14日表示，預計未來幾天俄美雙方將簽署首批對美國供應柴油的合同。烏克蘭總統澤連斯基對此表示遺憾，認為烏克蘭正在失去強大的夥伴，強調烏方不能軟弱，否則將無法生存。
俄美雙方目前維持積極溝通
俄羅斯總統特別代表基里爾·德米特里耶夫（Kirill Dmitriev）14日出席「俄羅斯能源周」論壇相關活動。對於俄美雙方首批對美國供應柴油的合同，何時簽署與交付，德米特里耶夫表示，一切將會在未來數日發生；俄美雙方目前維持積極溝通，並協商落實供應和解決物流等問題。德米特里耶夫稱，該協議對於雙方乃至全球都有利，該協議宣布後美國柴油價格下降了5%，然而歐洲卻試圖破壞美俄合作。

烏指美方站在歷史錯誤一方
烏克蘭總統澤連斯基14日接受媒體訪問時表示，對於俄美簽署柴油供應合同感到遺憾，認為烏克蘭正在「失去一個強大的夥伴」，烏克蘭失去美國並不是因為烏方自身的原因，強調烏方不能軟弱，否則將無法生存。

澤連斯基稱，美國總統特朗普如果立足於中立的立場，就應該保持，不能站在錯誤的一方，認為特朗普的顧問有錯誤，不清楚是何人將特朗普推向錯誤的一邊，「這並不是歷史正確的一邊」。

俄羅斯總統普京與美國總統特朗普9日通電話，雙方就俄羅斯向美國及全球市場提供柴油達成一致。俄羅斯政府10日宣布已部分解除柴油出口禁令，允許現階段向全球市場供應50萬噸柴油。俄石油公司將在政府協調下與外國交易方簽訂柴油供應合同。
